Shipping Update!

We hope everyone is doing well 😊. Shipping has been well underway, and many Backers have already received their items. We have been receiving very positive reviews which makes this all so worthwhile! Please reach out to us and let us know what you think.
We have 11 more Early Birds to ship out this week (Backer #'s: 30, 36, 40, 42, 46, 55, 62, 68, 75, 76, & 78) then we will be moving onto the January Backers. Some backers will be receiving their dice in a separate shipment due to a delay with our dice maker for one reason or another. Valkyrie is a new company and with anything new there is a learning curve, especially when it comes to something as finicky as epoxy and dice. They've explained that some of the issues that they have had are an entire set coming out of the mold looking great except for one die (usually the d20), so that holds up getting the entire set out. They will be delivering a few more sets to us on Tuesday and after that, we will be shipping the rest of our orders by Saturday without dice. The dice look amazing and shouldn't be far behind, but rather than delay shipping any longer we want to get your boxes.
So far all of our U.S. shipments have been reaching Backers within 1-3 days, so we are keeping our fingers crossed that Priority shipping keeps moving at that pace. Make sure you're checking you emails (and spam/junk) for tracking numbers.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Please know that we appreciate your patience with us.
Have a great week!

Hello,
We hope everyone had a relaxing Thanksgiving!
Well, it's the end of November and I know that you all are wondering what's up with shipping. First of all, let me explain why things slowed down this month in regard to getting orders out sooner. The cnc issue we had at the end of October took longer than expected to get repaired. The part that we were waiting on kept getting delayed by FedEx. There was nothing we could do about it, so we focused on what we could do, trays and finishing the boxes that were already off the cnc. But now we had another problem. We had already committed to BGG.CON in Dallas for Nov. 16th to 19th and we still needed to complete merchandise for that. We had anticipated having the Kickstarter completed at that point. So, with needing to be ready for BGG, still having orders coming in on the website, needing to complete the Kickstarter and waiting on the part for the cnc, things got delayed for Early Bird Backers. Additionally, we are waiting on some of the dice orders, although most are ready. We are hoping to ship January Backers by mid-December. We will keep you updated!
I can tell you this, we are committed to getting orders out as quickly as possible. Rob and I have been working on overdrive to make it happen. Tomorrow I will be putting together the first group of orders to be shipped out and will send notifications when they are shipped.
Here are just a couple quick pictures that I took this evening. They do not do the boxes justice.
Thank you,

October Update!

What does Murphy's law say? . . . Well actually, it's not THAT bad but we did have a couple set backs last week. Our brand new $150 bandsaw blade busted while processing blanks (epoxy is rough on equipment). Rob was able to weld it back together and we were off and running until . . . while running some of the TITANS the wiring harness went on the CNC. Ahhh, the joys of running a small business. Thankfully we only lost one box. The unfortunate part is that to properly fix the problem we had to order all the parts, one of which will not arrive until tomorrow. So the CNC has been down for the better part of a week. The timing really sucked and my anxiety levels skyrocketed. But we made good use of the time finishing up trays and getting more blanks ready for the CNC.
As of now, all of the November early bird boxes are either waiting on logos and final polish or are ready to get loaded on the CNC. Most of the January boxes are poured, I have two more TITAN pours and then I will be done.
I spoke to Sam at Valkyrie Dice today and she will be delivering the first 25 backers dice to us sometime this week, with the remaining dice being delivered by the end of November. So, our revised fulfillment timeline looks like this: Early Bird (November) Backers will have their items by mid to late November and January Backers will have their items by early December. We're still within our original timeline so we feel good about that. We did have hopes to fulfill earlier but working with epoxy at this quantity is a bit of a learning curve and well, machines break.
These pictures are of TITAN blanks before they are processed on the CNC. Each of these pictures are the same piece of wood. It's amazing how different the two sides can look. These are the types of decisions we have to make, which side should be the top? Sometimes it's easy and others, not so much.
Have a great week!
